Rocky Road Freezer Bars
Everything in the cupboard, set solid.
Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup broken biscuit pieces
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and butter together until glossy.
- Stir in the marshmallows, nuts, biscuit pieces and dried cranberries.
- Press into a lined tin and smooth the top.
- Freeze 2 hours until solid, then cut into bars with a warm knife.
