Strawberry Cream Layer Cake
Layered in a tin, sliced like a bake.
Ingredients
- 2 packets ladyfinger biscuits
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Sweeten the whipped cream with sugar.
- Line a tin with a layer of ladyfingers, then spread over a layer of cream and strawberries.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with cream and a few whole strawberries on top.
- Chill at least 6 hours before turning out and slicing.
